Search and map by transfer date

This month we are highlighting the capability to search by the transfer date.  This is available in both Ada and Canyon county, and is accessed through the “Search” menu.  You can search the entire county, or a predefined radius on the map.  In this case, we searched within Eagle for transactions in May.

    Unimproved Residential Lots

In Las Vegas, LandPoint allows you to search for and map unimproved residential lots.  You can choose to search within a subdivision, city or zip code, or search the entire county.  For this query, we searched within the Summerlin subdivision.  To create the query, we used LandUse code of “000”,  to ensure that there are no improvements on the property (bare ground).  We searched for residential zoning (zoning code beginning with R)  .  If needed, you can remove most common areas from your search with a criteria of Assessed value > 0.  (some common areas may have to be visually scanned and removed manually) . If you have any questions on how to run this search, call customer support at 208.571.3505

  4. Greetings.

    March 13, 2010 by SPS

We officially launched our new website on Monday March 15th! We had several goals with our website redesign, we wanted a way to keep in touch with our customers and allow them to give us feedback. We wanted to highlight our customer testimonials so that new clients will be able to get an idea of how we can help them in their business. We wanted to showcase our products and how they help different user groups, so that anyone who isn’t familiar with SPS would have a place to go, and discover what our products are doing for others in the marketplace.

We also thought it was important to talk about our core values because those are important to us — as the way we try to differentiate ourselves as a company. Many of us on the SPS staff spend alot of time in the community, and we think that’s an integral part of what we do. And we wanted a professional look and feel to the website that would reflect positively on our company.

We would like to thank the team at Pomni Media for creating such an awesome website for us. We highly recommend them if you need any website work done, they are highly skilled and easy to work with.

Well, that’s all for now, stay tuned for more information coming from our blog!
